TCOE_Glory Days Grill_Fundraiser
Welcome to a new academic school year. TCOE is proud to continue its partnership with HCPSS with presenting Community Academies! The Council of Elders, in collaboration with HCPSS, will be holding their first Community Academy of the 2018 – 2019 school year on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Oakland Mills Middle School. The academy will start at 9:00am and end at 11:15am.

This topic is so very important as it brings attention to the different forms of bullying, which are not limited to peer-to-peer.

Make dinner tonite (July 24th) a selfless act by joining us for a Fundraiser to support The Council of Elders!!!! Come in to the CHIPOTLE at 6181 Old Dobbin Lane, Suite 100 in Columbia between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Bring in this flyer OR show it on your smartphone OR just tell the cashier that you’re supporting the Council of Elders!!!!! The Council of Elders will receive 33% of all proceeds .. See you there!!!
TCOE & Chipotle Flyer
HCPSS parents, students, staff and community members are invited to participate in the third forum on effective discipline. Stakeholders will review feedback from the previous forums and select from four additional sessions that will be conducted by community and school systems leaders. Sessions will also include an opportunity for developing specific strategies on moving toward more effective and equitable discipline practices in HCPSS.
When: Wednesday, April 11, 2018 (6:45pm – 8:45pm)

HCPSS parents, students staff and community members are invited to participate in a forum on student behavior and effective discipline. Stakeholders will review racial, socioeconomic, and other demographic data to understand disproportionality and discuss solutions in a facilitated discussion with School System leaders.
