The Council of Elders of the Black Community of Howard County (TCOE) is conducting a Community Meeting with the Howard County School System Board of Education (BOE)
on
Thursday, June 25th, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.
at the
Howard County Board of Education
10910 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042

This meeting is a public meeting and TCOE is currently soliciting questions ahead of time, by Thursday, June 19th, to bring before the BOE. On our agenda, we have topics such as racial incidents, inequity of discipline (i.e. suspensions), student placement in advanced classes, the non-compliance of HCPSS staff to policies that protect student and parental rights, etc. If you or someone you know has any concerns or want questions answered by the Howard County Public School System, then please join us.
